My mission is to provide quality therapeutic massage to my local community. By offering discounted massage sessions, packages and a sliding scale payment system to enable more you to experience the healing power of massage. My vision is to grant a holistic approach to your mental health and wellness treatment that is not only beneficial to your quality of life, but allows you to become free of your debilities through the power of touch.

One of the many distinguishing characteristics of my practice is that it is inside my home. Many people find it difficult to go into a place where they feel like they are not cared for, slapped on a table and rubbed for an hour, then pushed for memberships and products after you have received your massage. I found that this can be very stressful, and that is not the intention of massage.

By opening my doors to you, it establishes a sense of trust and safety that enables you to fully relax and allow the work to resonate within your body. I am also against trying to sell you any more than my services- I find that a sales pitch can be both stressful on the client, as well as the therapist and lowers the value of the relationship.

Through massage and bodywork, it is my full intention to help you reach your health and wellness goals through authenticity, integrity, and unconditional positive reguard.
